It looks like one of the models made by Kel-Tec. If it’s not soft pellet type rifle then the caliber is 5.56MM. I’m just wondering about the Hello Kitty charging handle. I like it.
It is a Kel-Tec PLR-16 chambered in 5.56×45. The charging handle is a modified pez candy dispenser head.
