Hello Kitty Sunburn

As if you really needed any additional proof that Hello Kitty fanatics have a warped sense of thinking, you simply have to ask yourself what would you do if you were going to the beach. Most of us would put on some suntan lotion to prevent a sunburn and have a good time, but the Hello Kitty fanatic thinks a bit differently than you and me. She instead decides to put a Hello Kitty stencil on her body and then purposely get burned so that she can show off her lovely Hello Kitty sunburn to all her friends:

So in an indirect way, the evil feline promotes skin cancer, which actually makes a lot of sense when you think about it since it really isn’t difficult to see that Hello Kitty is a cancer on society. All in all, the indications are that this is going to be one of the worst Hello Kitty Hell summers in quite some time which is definitely saying a lot…

They make those stancils at the tanning salon that my older sister goes to. They track how tan you’re getting be keeping that part of your skin white, while the rest of you tans.

    Hello Kitty Skin Cancer!

Why didn’t the Hello Kitty sunscreen prevent her from getting a Hello Kitty sunburn?!!! How could Hello Kitty fail?!

  • Sprinkle919 says:

What Ashlyn said. I believe that’s what really happened.

It’s a little hard to see. I suppose she needs to tan more.

  • When she gets a Hello Kitty melanoma from the skin damage, she can have Hello Kitty chemotherapy! And if it doesn’t take, we can bury her in a Hello Kitty coffin.

Hate to say it, but although a HK tattoo is permanent, at least it doesn’t make one wrinkly and cancerous in the long run…

Be careful what you wish for

OMG i can’t believe this actually got posted. It’s gone now but it was funny.

  • That’s my best friend. She got an airbrush tattoo and then she got burnt causing HELLO KITTY SUNBURN. I just wish I would’ve got my spongebob tattoo burnt. I’m so happy this got online. And she got her hello kitty sunburn for free.

I love the idea of a HK “sun tanned tattoo”, so long as it’s done w/a fake spray tan. That way, you can get a sun kissed look w/o exposing yourself to cancerous UVA/UVB rays. There are plenty of HK outline stickers that might do the trick….

    HELLO KITTIES!
Who’s your Daddy, now you’ll BOW!

  • Liz says:

@A Witness of the Burn, is that what happened? LOL, no wonder it doesn’t look as clean as a stencil should!

  • Makenzie says:

Liz, that is seriously what happened. I got an airbrush tattoo and was out on the beach and got sunburned, then after the tattoo washed off, i noticed the sunburn

  • Becca says:

Lol i did that once by accident. I got a temp tattoo of a skull with a rose in its mouth and once it wore off, i still had the white mark of it for months after. Mine was much better though ;)
