This is exactly how my wife thinks all women should dress (seriously) and why she looks forward to Halloween so much. It certainly doesn’t help that she is a huge Rie Miyazawa fan as well which means I have to watch this commercial over and over and over again.

She’s the human version of Hello Kitty, and it’s her dream to be on Broadway. I don’t get the chocolate part or the cat building though XD

It is a visual pun. The cats sign building refers to Broadway musical Cats.
Kind of witty; Hello kitty tries out for a part in Cats. The question which character would she be?
