It isn’t much of a surprise that the classic style of Hello Kitty flipping you off sucking her thumb is used since that is basically how anyone who would have to wear this monstrosity must feel. Of course, my wife thinks it’s “adorable” which is never a good sign and usually means I will end up with it as a gift sometime in the future. One more thing to look forward to in Hello Kitty Hell…

Pretty sure that’s photoshopped, look at the legs and the coral color there, it’s too crisp, almost like somebody just changed the coloring.
Your wife wants to protect you when you are riding a motorcycle and you complain about what the protection looks like? You never have appreciation for her. I think we have reached another point where you show that you’re not a real man because of fear of the color pink. It’s pathetic that you fear your masculinity so much, but we all have grown to know this is how you are. I like pink, its very girlie, but that shade is more like salmon and WHY WOULD A GUY SUBJECT HIMSELF TO SUCH EMBARRASSMENT?! I’ve been threatening to create a Hello Kitty Nascar model for years… my family and I LOVE nascar and go to as many races as our schedules (and pockets) can accomodate.
I need to get to it so I can show you folks here and be able to laugh at Mr. HKH’s and say ‘You can’t have it!!!!!!!’

MHKitty, it’s not finished, and it’s not actually going to be HKified, but I’m doing a Skyline R33 in a pink and purple version of Jeff Gordon’s scheme. A year or so back I scored an unboxed but mint kerbside very late Richard Petty #43 for £5, say $9.

Acton, I desperately hope you’re right, but your reasoning about the logo is flawed. White decal over red (or pink) base is notorious for suffering bleed through from the base colour, so the pale pink HK almost suggests it’s not Fotochop!!

Kitteh!! The color of the kitty is off suggesting that a pink layer was masked and blended over the original photo. Using layers and masking is a way to hang colors.

I personally took the original picture (which was black, gray, and white) and edited it so that people on the forum could see what the final product would look like in their own personal colors.
This hello kitty rendition is just bit of fun we started having when someone said he wanted to see Dave wearing pink…and thats where hello kitty comes in.

I run a company manufacturing custom motorcycle leathers, and somebody thought it would be funny to put me in Hello Kitty colors. Good for a laugh anyway.
