Looks like an unauthorized parody to me. No ears, the bow is on the wrong side (yes, I know far too much about Hello Kitty).

sharon I would be slightly worried if my kidney had ears….. actually i would be worried if my kidney had eyes a nose an arm and legs and a bow as well.
